Demetrius “Sir Jam” Ross, Entertainment Professional has over 30 years of experience as an audio engineer, artist, writer and producer achieving gold and platinum music sales status with Prince, Sheila E., The Pointer Sisters, The Time, Cyndi Lauper, Tom Jones, Philip Bailey (Earth, Wind & Fire), Lonnie Gordon, Klaus Pruenster, Chuckii Booker, Michael Jordan (Be Like Mike), Tevin Campbell, Jan Pulsford, Bobby Jones Gospel Choir, Chet Atkins, Felicia Collins, Carmen Electra, Candy Dulfer, Donna McElroy, Neal Merrick, Rodney Lawson, Sir Jam co-founded Rojam Records with Roland Obermueller in 1992 in Beverly Hills, California and secured a $2 million publishing deal with BMG. The company soon moved to Austria and has had a lot of European success. He also started SMASH Entertainment with Dino Delvaille, former vice-president of Sony, Urban Music Division. Movies and video games include Prince Interactive Soundtrack, Graffiti Bridge, Colour Blind, Rage: Dark Reign II, Your Mommy Kills Animals.
