Scott Campagna

Mr. Scott Campagna is the Senior Director of Housing and a senior principal with the firm, where he oversees the development of IMEG’s growth in the senior housing, multifamily, student living, and neighborhood market sectors. Scott has over 22 years of experience as a mechanical engineer and has been integrally involved in many of IMEG’s housing projects in the design of mechanical and plumbing systems for multi-family residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, and governmental projects. He has worked on every type of housing including 3-story walk ups, high-rise, student housing and full senior living facilities. In his role, he works to develop and maintain long-term partnerships, be an advocate for IMEG’s housing clients, and ensure that all engineering aspects of a project exceed the client’s expectations.
