Tomokazu Taniuchi
Mr. Tomokazu (Tomo) Taniuchi brings over 14 years of experience to the NOVA team in the Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Consulting field. His experience includes worker chemical exposure monitoring, noise monitoring, facility sound level mapping, indoor air quality investigations, microbial (mold) testing, asbestos and lead inspections, abatement oversight, and clearance, and Environmental Site Assessments. He has worked with private businesses, insurance companies, manufacturing facilities and government municipalities.
Mr. Taniuchi is a two-time graduate of the University of Arizona where he earned a Master’s Degree in Public Health, with a concentration in Environmental and Occupational Health and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science, with a concentration in Environmental Microbiology. He is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), a NV Certified Environmental Manager (CEM), a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), a Certified Hazardous Material Manager (CHMM), a State of Nevada Licensed Asbestos Abatement Consultant and a US EPA Certified Lead Risk Assessor.
